This part defines the FX Demo Logical Profile for the Financial Systems Archetype.

This part specializes the distributed, node-based Logical Architecture / PIM defined in Part 2: Distributed Node-Based Logical Architecture for the Foreign Exchange Domain within the Finance Ecosphere and Monetary Ecosystem. It identifies the FX-specific logical Nodes, logical Node Roles, logical Communication Endpoints, logical information structures, logical Runtime Planes, logical interaction patterns, logical governance relationships, and logical traceability relationships needed for the FX Demo.

This part applies to the platform-independent logical profile for the FX Demo. It defines the FX logical profile before later parts select communication technologies, data serialisation formats, programming languages, deployment mechanisms, runtime infrastructure, test mechanisms, and evidence-capture mechanisms.

This part also provides the FX logical basis for later phase profiles that add sovereignty-aware release, residency-aware movement, metadata views, aggregate views, recipient-specific release products, and release Evidence. These later phase profiles extend the FX Demo Logical Profile with additional policy-governance and release capabilities while preserving the FX logical Nodes, Runtime Plane separation, information structures, interaction patterns, traceability relationships, and implementation independence defined in this part.

This part does not define DDS mappings, IDL structures, QoS profiles, Python implementation patterns, Protocol Buffers mappings, REST bindings, RPC bindings, container-image mappings, Kubernetes or K3s deployment, Crucible scenarios, acceptance checks, scripts, repository structure, or runtime evidence. Part 4: Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM and Part 5: Phase 0 Developer Handbook address those concerns.

This part guides authors and reviewers in preserving FX logical meaning before later parts add implementation, deployment, testability, or evidence details to the architecture.
