Return to Requirements

Statement

Each FX logical interaction pattern SHALL identify evidence expectations for later deployment, testability, and evidence planning.

Source

Part 3, Section 17.9: FX Logical Interaction Requirements.

Rationale

Evidence planning is an architectural concern that begins during logical design rather than during implementation. Identifying evidence expectations for every logical interaction pattern ensures that future implementations can support verification, validation, operational assessment, auditability, and conformance without altering the logical architecture. This approach preserves architectural intent while allowing different evidence-generation technologies to be selected during implementation.

Maintaining evidence expectations at the logical level also supports consistent deployment planning and testability across multiple Implementation Profiles.

Applies To

This requirement applies to every FX logical interaction pattern defined by the FX Demo Logical Profile.

It applies specifically to:

Verification

Verification SHALL confirm that every FX logical interaction pattern identifies evidence expectations supporting future deployment and verification activities.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

Traceability

This requirement establishes evidence planning expectations for FX logical interaction patterns.
