Crucible SHALL create an Infrastructure Environment within the Deployment Duration established by the Acceptance Criteria.

This requirement derives from:

The Original Requirement states:

Crucible SHALL enable rapid creation of repeatable, compliant, and secure infrastructure environments.[C1]

MO-001b preserves the portion of the Original Requirement that characterizes Infrastructure Environment creation as rapid by requiring Crucible to satisfy a defined Deployment Duration.

The separate requirements derived from MO-001 address:

Organizations require predictable Infrastructure Environment creation times to support development, testing, evaluation, deployment, recovery, and operational planning.

The word rapid does not establish an objective performance obligation. A defined Deployment Duration provides a measurable constraint based on an identified start condition, completion condition, and duration threshold.

The Acceptance Criteria establish the Deployment Duration against which Crucible is evaluated.

Separating deployment duration from Infrastructure Environment creation permits Crucible to satisfy the creation requirement while independently passing or failing the duration requirement.

This requirement does not define the content of the Infrastructure Environment, the equivalence criteria used for reproducibility, the Security Baseline, or the Compliance Baseline. The other requirements derived from MO-001 address those outcomes.

5. Measurement begins when the defined start condition occurs
6. Measurement ends when the defined completion condition occurs
7. The calculated Deployment Duration does not exceed the duration established by the Acceptance Criteria
8. The verification record preserves Traceability among the Acceptance Criteria, the measured Infrastructure Environment creation, and the calculated Deployment Duration
