• A chargeable_work_unit identifies a measurable unit of governed work for cost attribution.
• A work_performed_event identifies completed governed work.
• A qualified_node a Node recognised as eligible to perform a defined governed function.
• A qualified_service_provider identifies an accountable participant recognised as eligible to provide one or more governed functions.
• An evidence_reference links a record to supporting evidence without exposing the full evidence payload.
• A compensation_claim records a request for economic recognition for governed work.
• A cost_rule determines economic treatment for governed work.
• A settlement_instruction identifies settlement treatment for governed work.
• A non-performance_indicator identifies a lack of evidence for required governed work.
