• A Qualified Node identifies a Node recognised as eligible to perform a defined governed function.
• A Qualified Service Provider identifies an accountable participant recognised as eligible to provide one or more governed functions.
• An Evidence Reference links a record to supporting evidence without exposing the full evidence payload.
• A Compensation Claim records a request for economic recognition for governed work.
• A Cost Rule determines economic treatment for governed work.
• A Settlement Instruction identifies settlement treatment for governed work.
• A Non-Performance Indicator identifies a lack of evidence for required governed work.
• Competitive Substitution supports the replacement of one qualified implementation by another qualified implementation for the same governed function.
• Content Minimisation limits exposed information to the information needed for an assigned purpose.
