12.2 Interaction Realization Principles

Go To Phase 0 Interaction Pattern Realization

The Phase 0 Implementation Profile applies the following principles when realizing FX logical interaction patterns.

Each interaction realization identifies:

  • the FX logical interaction pattern it realizes;
  • the implementation participants involved;
  • the DDS Topic or Topics used;
  • the IDL structures and generated types exchanged;
  • the Runtime Plane or Runtime Planes involved;
  • the expected processing outcome;
  • the required logging and exception-handling behavior;
  • audit and provenance expectations, where applicable;
  • supporting scripts or configuration artifacts, where applicable; and
  • the traceability relationship back to the Part 3 FX logical interaction pattern.

The mapping does not require every future interaction pattern to exist in Phase 0. Phase 0 realizes only the selected interaction patterns needed for the implementation baseline.
