The Release FX Information to Oversight Participant pattern prepares and delivers authorized FX information to an External Oversight Participant.

The [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:f:fx_policy_and_release_node|FX Policy and Release Node]] applies an [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:f:fx_policy_decision|FX Policy Decision]], selects authorized information, applies required redaction or transformation, records obligations, prepares an [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:f:fx_release_package|FX Release Package]], and makes the release package available to the External Oversight Participant through the [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:f:fx_release_package_endpoint|FX Release Package Endpoint]].
