Part 2 provides the reusable logical foundation for Domain profiles.

A Domain profile, such as the FX Demo Logical Profile, specialises the Logical Architecture / PIM for a specific financial Domain. The Domain profile inherits the conceptual definitions from Part 1 and the platform-independent logical relationships from Part 2.

By inheriting conceptual definitions from Part 1 and logical relationships from Part 2, each Domain profile allows the Financial Systems Archetype to support multiple financial Domains without rewriting the conceptual foundation or the Logical Model.
