Part 0 introduces the Financial Systems Archetype document set, explains the purpose of the part-based structure, and provides a navigation model for the architecture. It describes how the document set separates conceptual meaning, logical architecture, implementation profiling, developer guidance, and governed operational extensions. It also explains how the Financial Systems Archetype relates to the parent Structured Data Interpretation System/Structured Information Processing Reference Architecture and the FX Demo Reference Architecture. Part 0 establishes the reading order, the intended audience for each part, and the rules that prevent later parts from redefining concepts established earlier.
