FX logical traceability SHALL support backward review from the FX logical profile element to the Part 1 conceptual source and the Part 2 logical source.

===== Rationale =====

Backward traceability enables reviewers to begin with an FX logical profile element and identify the originating conceptual and logical architectural sources from which it is derived. This capability supports governance, impact analysis, architectural validation, and conformance by demonstrating that logical profile elements remain consistent with their architectural origins.

Maintaining backward review preserves architectural integrity throughout the lifecycle of the FX Demo Logical Profile.

This requirement applies to all FX logical profile elements within the FX Demo Logical Profile.

It applies specifically to:

  * logical profile elements;
  * Part 1 conceptual sources;
  * Part 2 logical sources;
  * architectural review; and
  * conformance assessment.

===== Verification =====

Verification SHALL confirm that backward review from FX logical profile elements to their originating conceptual and logical sources is supported.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  * originating conceptual sources can be identified;
  * originating Part 2 logical sources can be identified;
  * backward traceability relationships are complete and consistent; and
  * architectural derivation can be verified.
