FX Release Package

An FX Release Package represents authorized FX information prepared for release to an External Oversight Participant.

The FX Release Package identifies released content, recipient context, release purpose, policy decision reference, redaction or transformation context, obligations, source information references, producing FX logical Node, release timestamp, and provenance reference.

The FX Release Package participates primarily in the FX Logical Policy and Release Plane. It also supports the FX Logical Audit and Provenance Plane because released information requires traceability to policy decisions, source information, obligations, delivery context, and evidence expectations.

authorized FX information prepared for external release

Specialization of Logical Record from Part 2: Distributed Node-Based Logical Architecture, Section 8.9, Policy and Release Plane from Part 1: Conceptual Architecture, Section 8.5, and Governance and Authority from Part 1: Conceptual Architecture, Section 9.6; generalised from the IEF release package and external oversight material in the original FX Demo Reference Architecture.

An FX Release Package is not a file archive, an API response, a secure message, a report, a DDS sample, a data extract, a dashboard view, or a delivery mechanism.

An FX Release Package contains an authorized, redacted view of selected FX transactions, validation, contract state, and cash-flow information for an External Oversight Participant.
