5.1.1 Use of Modelling Languages
Submitters are encouraged to express models using OMG modelling languages such as UML, MOF, CWM, and SPEM, subject to any further constraints on the types of models and modelling technologies specified in Section 6 Specific Requirements on Proposals.
Submissions containing models expressed using OMG modelling languages SHALL be accompanied by an OMG XMI [XMI] representation of the models, including a machine-readable copy.
Submitters SHOULD make their best effort to provide an OMG XMI representation even when models are expressed using non-OMG modelling languages.
