3.2.2 Letter of Intent (LOI)

Each OMG Member organisation that intends to make a submission in response to any RFP, including this one, SHALL submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) signed by an officer on or before the deadline specified in the RFP timetable. See Section 6.11 Timetable.

The LOI provides public notice that the organisation may submit. The LOI does not oblige the organisation to make a submission.
