Part 6 defines the Cost Recovery, Compensation, and Settlement Plane for the FX Demo Reference Architecture. The plane establishes an architectural basis for visible, attributable, auditable, comparable, and recoverable economic accountability in governed financial data processing. The plane supports cost attribution for Node work, compensation for qualified service providers, settlement through ordinary accounting mechanisms, and evidence-based comparison among compliant implementations. It also distinguishes lower-cost compliant processing from under-compliance. The plane supports costing, billing, chargeback, reimbursement, compensation, and settlement while preserving content minimization. It links cost records to work records, policy obligations, and evidence references, ensuring economic accountability remains evidence-based without exposing unnecessary transaction details, detailed compliance findings, or regulated data.
