Phase 0 does not implement the full financial-domain semantic model. It does not complete the full set of FX transaction meanings, lifecycle rules, validation semantics, attestation semantics, provenance semantics, release semantics, or oversight semantics.
Phase 0 should preserve the architecture's semantic discipline by avoiding ad hoc structures and by keeping type definitions, node roles, catalogues, and documentation traceable to the FX Demo Logical Profile. However, Phase 0 does not attempt to complete the semantic model itself.
Later phases may introduce richer SBVR-based rules, financial-domain vocabularies, validation grammars, lifecycle rules, and semantic conformance checks.
