This section defines how the Phase 0 Baseline uses Data Plane Topics. The Data Plane carries domain-facing data between Nodes. In Phase 0, the Data Plane remains deliberately limited because the main implementation objective is to prove the Node network, generated type workflow, containerized execution, and Control Plane visibility.
