Go To Phase 0 Script and Execution Model
Phase 0 must include a prerequisite-checking script or equivalent controlled procedure.
The prerequisite check confirms that the environment contains the tools, directories, configuration files, generated artifact locations, and repository conventions required before generation, build preparation, or execution begins.
The prerequisite check should verify, where applicable:
The prerequisite check reports missing or incompatible prerequisites through the approved logging and error-reporting conventions. A failed prerequisite check must prevent downstream scripts from treating the environment as a valid Phase 0 baseline.
