The Logical Governance Model defines ownership, versioning, compatibility, change control, admission rules, and policy constraints at the logical level.
It does not prescribe a repository, workflow tool, requirements management system, policy engine, rules engine, access control product, ticketing system, approval process, or configuration service.
Governance and implementation profiles select the mechanisms that realize logical governance. Those mechanisms support governance; they do not define the Logical Governance Model.
