The FX Demo Logical Profile SHALL define FX logical Nodes.

Part 3, Section 17.3: FX Logical Node Requirements.

Logical Nodes are the primary architectural building blocks of the FX Demo Logical Profile. Defining FX logical Nodes establishes the logical decomposition of the Foreign Exchange Domain while preserving the platform-independent architectural principles inherited from Parts 1 and 2.

Without defined logical Nodes, the logical architecture would lack a consistent organizational structure for allocating responsibilities, interactions, governance, traceability, and evidence expectations.

This requirement applies to the definition, review, maintenance, interpretation, and evolution of the FX Demo Logical Profile.

It applies specifically to:

• logical architectural modeling;
• logical decomposition of the Foreign Exchange Domain;
• Domain Logical Profile development; and
• Implementation Profiles derived from the FX Demo Logical Profile.

Verification SHALL confirm that the FX Demo Logical Profile explicitly defines FX logical Nodes.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

• logical Nodes are identified;
• logical Nodes form the basis of the architectural decomposition;
• logical Nodes are platform independent; and
• no conflicting logical decomposition is defined.

This requirement establishes traceability between the Part 2 Logical Architecture and the logical decomposition defined by the FX Demo Logical Profile.
