The FX Demo Logical Profile SHALL NOT redefine the Finance Ecosphere, Monetary Ecosystem, or Foreign Exchange Domain.

Part 3, Section 17.2: FX Domain Profile Requirements.

The Finance Ecosphere, Monetary Ecosystem, and Foreign Exchange Domain are defined by higher-level architectural artefacts and provide the common classification framework for all derived profiles. Preventing their redefinition preserves architectural consistency and ensures that all Domain Logical Profiles operate within a common conceptual taxonomy.

Allowing individual profiles to redefine inherited classifications would create inconsistencies across the Reference Architecture and weaken governance, interoperability, and traceability.

This requirement applies to the definition, review, maintenance, and governance of the FX Demo Logical Profile.

It applies specifically to:

• architectural classification;
• domain specialization;
• architectural reviews; and
• profile evolution activities.

Verification SHALL confirm that the FX Demo Logical Profile does not redefine inherited architectural classifications.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

• the Finance Ecosphere definition is preserved;
• the Monetary Ecosystem definition is preserved;
• the Foreign Exchange Domain definition is preserved; and
• no conflicting classifications are introduced.

This requirement preserves traceability to the inherited architectural classification hierarchy defined by the Reference Architecture.
