The FX Demo Logical Traceability Model SHALL define traceability from Part 1 conceptual elements to FX logical profile elements.

Part 3, Section 17.11: FX Logical Traceability Requirements.

The FX Demo Logical Profile is derived from the conceptual architecture established in Part 1. Traceability from conceptual elements to logical profile elements preserves architectural intent, demonstrates that conceptual concerns have been addressed within the logical architecture, and supports governance, review, and conformance assessment.

Maintaining this traceability enables reviewers to understand how conceptual architecture is realized without prescribing implementation technologies.

This requirement applies to traceability relationships between Part 1 conceptual architecture and the FX Demo Logical Profile.

It applies specifically to:

• conceptual architecture;
• logical architecture;
• architectural governance;
• conformance assessment; and
• derived Implementation Profiles.

Verification SHALL confirm that traceability exists from Part 1 conceptual elements to FX logical profile elements.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

• conceptual sources are identified;
• logical profile elements reference their conceptual origins;
• traceability relationships are complete and consistent; and
• architectural intent is preserved.

This requirement establishes forward architectural traceability from Part 1 into the FX Demo Logical Profile.
