The Logical Architecture / PIM SHALL NOT redefine Node, Node Identity, Node Role, Runtime Plane, Communication Endpoint, Data Structure Definition, Data Structure Instance, Evidence, Traceability, Ecosphere, Ecosystem, Domain, or Classification Path.

Part 1, Section 13.9: Relationship to Logical Architecture / PIM Requirements.

The named elements form part of the conceptual vocabulary defined by Part 1. The Logical Architecture / PIM uses these elements to refine architectural structure, but it does not replace or redefine their conceptual meaning.

This requirement protects core conceptual definitions and classification terms from being altered during logical modeling.

This requirement applies to all Logical Architecture / PIM uses of the named conceptual elements.

It applies specifically to:

• Node
• Node Identity
• Node Role
• Runtime Plane
• Communication Endpoint
• Data Structure Definition
• Data Structure Instance
• Evidence
• Traceability
• Ecosphere
• Ecosystem
• Domain
• Classification Path

Verification SHALL confirm that the Logical Architecture / PIM does not redefine the named conceptual elements.

Verification activities include review checks confirming that:

• Logical text preserves the named Part 1 definitions
• PIM text preserves the named Part 1 definitions
• Logical diagrams do not assign conflicting meanings to the named elements
• Specialisations remain traceable to the original conceptual elements
