The Logical Architecture / PIM SHALL preserve the definitions of conceptual elements defined in this part.

The Logical Architecture / PIM specializes and refines conceptual elements without changing their definitions. Preserving conceptual definitions keeps logical structure aligned with the Conceptual Architecture and supports consistent interpretation across later implementation and deployment profiles.

This requirement prevents semantic drift between conceptual meaning and logical modeling.

This requirement applies to all Logical Architecture / PIM references to conceptual elements defined in Part 1.

It applies specifically to:

• Conceptual definitions
• Logical refinement
• PIM refinement
• Cross-part consistency
• Architecture governance

Verification SHALL confirm that the Logical Architecture / PIM preserves the definitions of conceptual elements defined in this part.

Verification activities include review checks confirming that:

• Logical elements use Part 1 definitions consistently
• PIM elements preserve Part 1 definitions
• Logical descriptions do not alter conceptual definitions
• Any specialization remains traceable to the original conceptual definition
