Discussion

The Release Control Role identifies responsibility for preparing and controlling the authorized release of FX information.

This role includes applying policy decisions, selecting authorized information, applying required redaction or transformation, recording obligations, preparing FX Release Packages, and preserving release provenance.

The Release Control Role participates primarily in the FX Logical Policy and Release Plane. It also supports the FX Logical Audit and Provenance Plane when release records preserve policy decision references, released information, recipient context, obligations, timestamp, and evidence expectations.
