The Conformance Model SHALL determine Conformance independently of implementation technology.

Technology-independent Conformance preserves the architectural nature of DIDO-TE by separating satisfaction of architectural Requirements from the technologies used to realise them.

This separation supports evaluation of heterogeneous implementations without making a particular product, platform, protocol, modelling language, deployment topology, or implementation mechanism a prerequisite for Conformance.
