The DIDO-TE SHALL compare the Test Results produced by Twin Realizations associated with the same Twin Identity.
A Twin Identity may have multiple associated Twin Realizations that represent the same logical twin through different physical, virtual, simulated, or other realizations.
Comparison of their Test Results provides a basis for determining how those realizations behave under comparable test conditions.
Comparison operates on results produced by Test Executions rather than requiring the Twin Realizations themselves to have identical implementations, internal state, or data representations.
The Twin Relationship, Twin Data Mappings, governing Test Definition, and configured Fidelity Criteria provide the semantic context required to interpret differences between compared results.
Comparison identifies differences. It does not, by itself, determine whether those differences satisfy Validation Criteria or establish a Validation Decision.
Verification confirms that:
Verification includes Test Results produced by at least two Twin Realizations associated with the same Twin Identity and confirms that differences between the results can be identified.
This requirement supports comparison of Test Results produced by different Twin Realizations of the same logical twin.
Comparison may follow Test Execution, synchronization, or simulation and may provide input to Validation, baseline comparison, monitoring, and evidence-producing activities.
