ENV-001j — Define Deployment Constraints

Go to ENV-001 — Define Test Environment

Statement

The DIDO-TE SHALL define each deployment Constraint applicable to a Test Environment or record that no deployment Constraint applies and provide the basis for the determination.

Derived From

Rationale

Defining the applicable deployment Constraints establishes the conditions governing the placement, provisioning, installation, instantiation, and operation of a Test Environment on its Deployment Target.

The defined Constraints support deployment planning, validation of the deployed Test Environment, reproduction of its deployment state, and assessment of whether a deployment difference influenced a Test Execution or Test Result.

An explicit determination that no deployment Constraint applies distinguishes an intentional condition from missing information.
