6.4.5 Governance and Authority

Lifecycle governance and jurisdictional authority govern how structural, semantic, and interpretive artifacts are defined, versioned, and controlled within the Reference Architecture.

  1. Proposals SHALL describe lifecycle governance mechanisms governing structural artifacts.
  2. Proposals SHALL describe lifecycle governance mechanisms governing semantic artifacts.
  3. Proposals SHALL describe lifecycle governance mechanisms governing interpretive artifacts.
  4. Proposals SHALL describe architectural mechanisms by which jurisdictions retain control over structural definitions within their operational boundary.
  5. Proposals SHALL describe architectural mechanisms by which jurisdictions retain control over semantic definitions within their operational boundary.
