Add an acronym or abbreviation when it is introduced or used in the SIP-RA document.

Maintain the entries in alphabetical order.

Spell out an acronym or abbreviation at its first substantive use in each major section unless the abbreviation is more familiar than its expanded form.

Link an expanded term to the controlling entry in the shared [[public:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:start|Terms and Definitions]] corpus when an entry exists. Annex A provides expansions only and does not duplicate the controlling definitions.
