Phase 0 does not implement a full operational dashboard. It should provide enough observability for developers, testers, reviewers, and demonstration operators to inspect Node status, logs, [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:c:control_plane|Control Plane]] messages, container behavior, and [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:e:evidence|Evidence]].

The team may use a command-line observer, simple Control Plane observer Node, DDS diagnostic tooling, logs, or captured Evidence. Those mechanisms prove observability at the baseline level but do not constitute a full dashboard.

Later phases may add a dashboard that displays Node state, message activity, alerts, health indicators, message flow, Evidence links, and operational summaries.
