====== 18.2 Environment Acceptance Criteria ====== [[fxdemo:05-part:start | Go To Top ]] [[fxdemo:05-part:18-acceptance-criteria:start | Return to Acceptance Criteria ]] The development or test environment satisfies Phase 0 acceptance when it meets the applicable tool Baseline checklist instance and passes prerequisite validation. Environment acceptance requires: - The applicable tool Baseline checklist instance identifies the required products, platforms, implementations, acceptable version ranges, applicable roles, verification commands, and Evidence references. - Required tools pass the documented prerequisite checks. - Required versions fall within approved version ranges. - Required shell, DDS, IDL generation, container, runtime language, build, test, and documentation tools are available where the applicable role or environment requires them. - Optional tools are identified as optional and do not block the Baseline unless the selected workflow depends on them. - Environment validation produces clear output and a meaningful exit code. - Environment validation Evidence is stored in the approved Evidence location when required for acceptance. - The environment does not depend on undocumented local paths, shell profiles, editor settings, globally installed packages, or personal machine configuration. ---- © 2026 Dido Solutions, Inc. and Jackrabbit Consulting, Inc.
