The Control Plane gives the team a shared way to observe [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:n:node|Node]] [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:l:lifecycle|Lifecycle]] behavior, issue simple runtime commands, collect operational [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:e:evidence|Evidence]], and demonstrate that the Node network behaves as a coordinated distributed system.
