This section defines the formal requirements for the Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM.

The requirements in this section preserve the relationship between the Part 3 FX Demo Logical Profile and the selected Phase 0 implementation artefacts. They ensure that Phase 0 implementation work remains [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:t:traceability|Traceable]], [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:g:governed|Governed]], repeatable, reviewable, and ready for later [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:d:deployment|Deployment]], testability, [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:o:observation|Observation]], operation, and [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:e:evidence|Evidence]] planning.

These requirements apply to Phase 0 implementation artefacts, [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:d:dds|DDS]] Topic mappings, [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:i:idl|IDL]] structures, generated types, [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:q:qos|QoS]] profiles, [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:r:repository|Repository]] artefacts, scripts, Developer Handbook rules, implementation governance, implementation Traceability, and the Part 5 handoff.
