The Developer Handbook must define coding style requirements for Phase 0 hand-authored implementation code.

Coding style requirements must cover:

  - Source file organization
  - Module organization
  - Function and method naming
  - Class naming where classes are used
  - Constant naming
  - Documentation comments
  - Imports and dependencies
  - Error-return or exception patterns
  - Configuration access
  - Logging calls
  - Generated-type usage
  - Wrapper or adapter patterns
  - Unit-level review expectations where applicable

Coding style requirements must support readability, maintainability, [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:t:traceability|Traceability]], and review. They must also distinguish hand-authored logic from generated code.
