====== 12.11 Release FX Information to Oversight Participant ======
[[fxdemo:04-part:12-phase-0-interaction-pattern-realization:start | Go To Phase 0 Interaction Pattern Realization ]]
The Release FX Information to Oversight Participant pattern realizes Phase 0 preparation and delivery of authorized release information.
The implementation participant performing the Release Control Role applies an FX Policy Decision, selects authorized information, applies required Phase 0 redaction or transformation where applicable, records obligations, prepares an FX Release Package, and publishes it to the release package DDS Topic for an authorized oversight participant or simulated subscriber.
**Table 12-9:** Release FX Information to Oversight Participant implementation realization.
^ Realization Concern ^ Phase 0 Implementation Treatment ^
| FX logical interaction pattern | Release FX Information to Oversight Participant |
| Primary implementation participants | Policy and release implementation participant; oversight demonstration participant or simulated subscriber |
| Primary Runtime Plane | FX Logical Policy and Release Plane |
| Supporting Runtime Plane | FX Logical Audit and Provenance Plane |
| Input DDS Topic | Policy.FX.PolicyDecision and selected source information Topics where Phase 0 requires them |
| Output DDS Topic | Policy.FX.ReleasePackage |
| Primary IDL / generated types | FxPolicyDecision; FxReleasePackage; selected source-information generated types |
| Expected processing outcome | Implementation publishes an authorized release package with source references, recipient context, purpose, obligations, policy decision reference, producing participant, and timestamp. |
| Logging and exception handling | Denied release, missing policy decision, redaction or transformation failure, publication failure, and delivery failure follow the logging and exception-handling baseline. |
| Audit and provenance expectation | Release records preserve policy decision reference, released content reference, recipient context, obligations, producing participant, and timestamp. |
| Traceability expectation | Interaction traces to FX Policy and Release Node, Release Control Role, External Oversight Participant, Oversight Consumption Role, FX Release Package Endpoint, and FX Release Package. |
