The External Oversight Participant maps to the Phase 0 implementation artifact, test participant, demonstration participant, or simulated subscriber that receives authorized release information.
The implementation artifact performs the Oversight Consumption [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:l:logical_node_role|Role]]. It consumes the implementation representation of the FX Release Package through the selected communication mechanism. It supports demonstrating a governed release without accessing internal FX Logical Data Plane information beyond the authorized release.
