====== 6.9 Phase 0 Implementation Preconditions Summary ======

The Phase 0 Implementation Profile applies the following preconditions:

  * The Part 3 FX Demo Logical Profile exists as a working baseline.
  * The Phase 0 Developer Handbook exists and receives approval.
  * The repository baseline exists.
  * [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:i:idl|IDL]] and a generation baseline exist.
  * A logging and exception-handling baseline exists.
  * A [[dido:99_annexes:annex-b-terms-and-definitions:t:traceability|traceability]] baseline exists.
  * Phase 0 coding does not begin before the Developer Handbook exists and receives approval.
