====== P4-REQ-21-4-010 ====== [[dido:99_annexes:annex-d-requirements:part-04:start| Return to Requirements]] ===== Statement ===== The Phase 0 Implementation Profile / PSM SHALL allow more than one implementation artefact to realise one FX logical Node when the mapping records that choice. ===== Source ===== Part 4, Section 21.4: Logical Node Mapping Requirements. ===== Rationale ===== An FX logical Node may require more than one implementation artefact to realize its responsibilities in the selected Phase 0 implementation context. Allowing this mapping preserves implementation flexibility while ensuring that distributed implementation responsibility remains traceable to a single authoritative logical Node definition. ===== Applies To ===== This requirement applies to: * FX logical Nodes; * implementation node artefacts; * distributed implementation mappings; * supporting modules; and * node traceability records. ===== Verification ===== Verification SHALL confirm that multiple implementation artefacts may realize one FX logical Node when the mapping is explicitly recorded. Verification activities should include review checks confirming that: * every contributing implementation artefact is identified; * allocated Node responsibilities are documented; * all applicable artefacts trace to the same authoritative Node definition; and * implementation decomposition does not create conflicting logical Node definitions. ===== Traceability ===== This requirement preserves the distinction between a logical Node definition and the number of implementation artefacts used to realize it.
