Explicitly treating repository structure as implementation organisation prevents directory layout from being interpreted as architectural decomposition while supporting consistent contribution, generation, review, and baseline control. ===== Applies To ===== This requirement applies to: * governed source directories; * generated-code directories; * configuration directories; * script directories; * documentation and traceability locations; and * temporary and non-baseline artefact handling. ===== Verification ===== Verification SHALL confirm that repository structure is identified as the organisational mechanism for Phase 0 implementation artefacts. Verification activities should include review checks confirming that: * implementation artefact categories have defined repository locations; * governed and non-baseline material are distinguishable; * generated and hand-authored artefacts are appropriately separated; and * repository layout does not redefine architectural elements. ===== Traceability ===== This requirement establishes the organisational role of the repository within the Phase 0 implementation baseline.
