Including implementation governance rules in the handoff helps Part 5 preserve ownership, versioning, compatibility, change control, generated-artifact governance, repository governance, and handbook governance. ===== Applies To ===== This requirement applies to: * implementation ownership; * implementation versioning; * implementation compatibility; * implementation change control; * generated-artifact governance; * repository governance; and * Developer Handbook governance. ===== Verification ===== Verification SHALL confirm that the Part 5 handoff identifies applicable Phase 0 implementation governance rules.
