Including applicable handbook requirements in the handoff allows Part 5 reviewers to understand the conventions governing source artifacts, generated artifacts, scripts, logging, exception handling, traceability, and repository workflow. ===== Applies To ===== This requirement applies to: * Developer Handbook requirements; * Phase 0 implementation artifacts; * scripts; * logging and exception-handling conventions; * repository workflow; and * review expectations. ===== Verification ===== Verification SHALL confirm that the Part 5 handoff identifies the Developer Handbook requirements applicable to the handed-off artifacts.
