====== P4-REQ-21-14-003 ====== [[dido:99_annexes:annex-d-requirements:part-04:start| Return to Requirements]] ===== Statement ===== Implementation traceability SHALL support forward review from FX logical elements to Phase 0 implementation artifacts. ===== Source ===== Part 4, Section 21.14: Implementation Traceability Requirements. ===== Rationale ===== Forward traceability allows reviewers to begin with an FX logical element and determine how that element is realized within the Phase 0 implementation baseline. This supports completeness review by making it possible to identify the implementation artifacts, mappings, configuration, and supporting concerns associated with selected FX logical elements. ===== Applies To ===== This requirement applies to: * FX logical Nodes and Node Roles; * Communication Endpoints; * information structures; * Runtime Planes; * interaction patterns; and * their Phase 0 implementation realizations. ===== Verification ===== Verification SHALL confirm that forward review from FX logical elements to Phase 0 implementation artifacts is supported. Verification activities should include review checks confirming that: * selected FX logical elements have identifiable implementation mappings; * mapped implementation artifacts can be located; * relevant supporting artifacts can be identified; and * missing implementation mappings can be detected. ===== Traceability ===== This requirement establishes forward traceability from the Part 3 FX Demo Logical Profile into the Part 4 implementation baseline.
