The Developer Handbook SHALL NOT redefine the implementation profile, the FX Demo Logical Profile, or the architecture.

===== Rationale =====

The Developer Handbook defines practical development conventions. It does not define architectural meaning or establish implementation-profile requirements independently of Part 4.

This constraint preserves the authority of the conceptual, logical, FX logical, and implementation-profile layers while allowing the handbook to govern contributor practice.

===== Applies To =====

This requirement applies to:

  * Developer Handbook rules;
  * coding and naming conventions;
  * logging and exception-handling rules;
  * repository workflow;
  * script usage rules; and
  * review checklists.

===== Verification =====

Verification SHALL confirm that the Developer Handbook does not redefine the implementation profile, the FX Demo Logical Profile, or the architecture.

Verification activities should include review checks confirming that:

  * implementation-profile requirements remain governed by Part 4;
  * FX logical definitions remain governed by Part 3;
  * conceptual and logical architecture remain governed by their applicable parts;
  * handbook conventions remain practical implementation rules; and
  * handbook changes do not silently alter architectural meaning.

This requirement preserves the separation between development practice and the architectural and implementation-profile definitions that govern it.
