===== Rationale =====

The Logical Architecture / PIM describes the logical structure without binding it to a specific implementation platform, technology, tool, middleware, language, runtime, or deployment mechanism. Platform independence preserves reuse across multiple implementation profiles and deployment environments.

This requirement keeps logical modeling separate from platform-specific implementation decisions.

  * Platform-specific decisions appear in implementation profiles rather than the Logical Architecture / PIM
