====== 3.2.2 Letter of Intent (LOI) ======

Each OMG Member organization that intends to make a submission in response to any RFP, including this one, SHALL submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) signed by an officer on or before the deadline specified in the RFP timetable. See [[dido:00-sip-ra:06-specific-requirements-on-proposals:06-11-timetable|Section 6.11 Timetable]].

The LOI provides public notice that the organization may submit. The LOI does not oblige the organization to make a submission.
